Cached results. Re-checking an email we already classified returns the cached verdict at no cost.
Unknown verdicts. Greylists, transient failures, and timeouts don't burn a credit.
False positives. If a Valid result hard-bounces within 14 days, we refund the credit automatically.
API calls that fail validation. 4xx requests are free. We only charge on a real verification.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. MailChecked is strictly pay-as-you-go. You buy credits when you need them, you keep them forever, and we never auto-renew anything.

How are credits charged?

One credit = one validation that returned a definitive verdict (Valid, Invalid, Catch-all, Risky). Unknown verdicts and cache hits cost nothing.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Yes. Every top-up generates a Stripe-issued invoice with your billing details. You can download all invoices from your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. SEPA, ACH, and wire transfer available on request for orders over $500.

Do you offer refunds on unused credits?

Yes — within 30 days of purchase, unused credits can be refunded in full. See our Refund Policy.
